Twitter Adds HTTPS Setting

According to a recent blog post, Twitter has added a full time HTTPS setting to their service. The new setting will force the use of SSL for all pages rather than just during the login phase. The new HTTPS Only setting must be enabled to force the SSL for the entire session. This setting will take affect once the user is logged in, and also works with the official Twitter clients for the iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately, users must still manually enter https rather than http in the URL when using a mobile browser.
