Fake Air Force Personas

The US Air Force has a bid out for a software project to manage up to 500 fake online personas. The software must allow 50 real people to manage up to 10 virtual personalities each. Each virtual personality may be from any part of the world and must be able to interact through conventional online services and social media platforms. These functions must be performed without fear of being discovered by sophisticated adversaries. Presumably the intent of this software is to allow Air Force staff to infiltrate groups that communicate through social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Gadu Gadu, QQ and others.
